Woodward Management Partners provides multi-family property management services through principals that align our interests with property owners. In particular, we orient our business relationships such that we have a meaningful equity interest in the properties we manage or structure our management agreements with lower flat fees and considerable performance incentives.

We are headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia and have a strategy focused on markets in Georgia and its bordering states. Our supervisory style is hands on and we prefer assignments that are within a five hour drive of Atlanta so that senior management can regularly interact with on site personnel.

Operationally we are focused on margin optimization. This strategy allows for equal consideration of both revenues and expenses and comes with a mind set of return on cost. As such, our goal is not to provide market-leading controllable cost-levels but rather to achieve the highest revenue levels for each dollar of expense incurred.
