Kelli Stiehl

Kelli Stiehl joined Inwood March 2018 and has primary responsibility for executing the operational strategies of Inwood’s wholly owned property management subsidiary, Woodward Management Partners. Prior to joining Inwood, Kelli spent six years as Senior Director of Operations for Chartwell Holdings, LLC where she developed the operating and training platform, assisting in the growth of the company’s 7000 multi-family units. She oversaw assets and regional operations in seven states from Massachusetts to Florida, primarily in the South East region. Prior to Chartwell Holdings, Kelli served as Director of Operations in the beginning start-up of the Atlanta Greystar office in 2005. Starting with three properties, the office grew to 47 properties in seven years. She served as lead Director for Atlanta owned Greystar Investment Group assets. She also served on the policy and procedures committees for Greystar National and Bell Partners. Kelli has extensive experience in value-add, new construction lease-up, mid-rise, high-rise and stabilized assets. She holds her CPM designation from IREM.
